1. CBT - Computer Based Training CD

Because we cannot accept returns of CBT CD once they have been opened, before opening each CBT CD please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct CBT CD and version. If the CBT CD original packaging and seal is still intact, you may return the product to us within 30 days from purchase for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). Returned product is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping to us is at your own expense.

If your CBT CD is not functioning properly, please send an email as soon as possible (but not later than 30 days from purchase). In most instances, our highly skilled Tech support representatives can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your CBT CD problems. However, in rare instances, a product is defective. In such case, we will replace the product with an even exchange of the CBT CD, subject to in-stock availability. Replacement CBT CD ships the same day the defective CBT CD is received and inspected by our technical personnel. All CBT CD products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us within 30 days of your original invoice date. After 30 days from purchase we can no longer issue an RA . RA’s expire in 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued. All returned CBT CD must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals and other accessories and documentation included. A valid RA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.

2. WBT - Web Based Training

AS400online.com or Midland Tech International Corp. highly recommends that all visitors try the demo module before registering the program. The training fee is refundable 100% if the registered member has not started to use the Web Based Training (WBT) before the scheduled starting date. The request of cancellation must be received via E-mail 24 hours before the beginning date from the registered member. There will be no refund after the registered member starts to use the training module and no transfer for unused portions or date to another training module. In the event that our Web site is out of service for more than 6 hours consecutively, 24 hours will be added to the existing subscriptions. All credit card payment is subject to 3% service fee charge.

3. VCL - Virtual Computer Lab

AS400online.com or Midland Tech International Corp. provides Virtual computer Lab (VCL) for registered members with one time license fee and monthly service fee. One time license fee is not refundable after registering the program. The monthly computer usage fee is refundable 100% if the registered member has not started to use the computer on the scheduled date. The request of cancellation must be received via E-mail 24 hours before the beginning date from the registered member. If the scheduled date to use the Virtual Computer Lab (VCL) is passed, no matter whether the registered member ever uses the computer system or not, only 50% service fee for the month is refundable. No refund if the computer usage is passed 15 days from the scheduled date. All credit card payment is subject to 3% service fee charge.
